Victoria Inns has been steadily expanding since its first acquisition, the Volunteer in Ventnor on the Isle of Wight (Camra Pub of the Year). This was followed by freehold acquisitions in Bridport, Glastonbury, Plymouth, Dover, Cowes, Weymouth and Exeter. The estate now totals ten outlets across the South of England. The Company is constantly engaged in a refurbishment program of the estate in order to maintain existing trade and to attract new customers.
Although Victoria Inns owns the freehold of the properties, the business is very much in the hands of our lessees and through this dynamic partnership we have seen consistent growth over the past eleven years.
Victoria Inns is privately owned and controlled - its directors have a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and have worked closely with most of the major players in the market.
With a funding package in place, the company is looking to grow the estate further and provide more opportunities for enthusiastic and energetic entrepreneurs to run their own business.
Victoria Inns has recently invested in the managed house group Frampton Cafe Bars Ltd and will be looking to
rapidly expand this unique concept to other parts of the South of England.
